For standard tours, full payment is required at the time of booking. For custom or private tours, a deposit (typically 50%) is required to secure the booking, with the remaining balance due 14 days before the tour date.

Your booking is confirmed when we send you a booking confirmation email. Please check the details in this email carefully and contact us immediately if any information is incorrect.

6.4 Cancellation Policy

Our cancellation policy is as follows:

• Cancellations more than 7 days before the tour date: Full refund or complimentary rebooking
• Cancellations 3-7 days before the tour date: 75% refund or complimentary rebooking
• Cancellations 48-72 hours before the tour date: 50% refund or rebooking with 25% fee
• Cancellations less than 48 hours before the tour date: No refund, rebooking with 50% fee

All cancellations must be made in writing by email to booking@apalee.com.

6.5 Changes by Us

We reserve the right to make changes to any tour if necessary. If we make a significant change, we will inform you as soon as possible. In such cases, you may choose to accept the change, book an alternative tour (paying or receiving a refund for any price difference), or cancel and receive a full refund.

In rare cases, we may need to cancel a tour due to circumstances beyond our control. If this occurs, we will offer you an alternative tour or a full refund.

6.6 Tour Participation

Participants must be in suitable physical condition for the selected tour. If you have any medical conditions, disabilities, or special requirements, please inform us at the time of booking so we can advise on suitability and make reasonable adjustments where possible.

We reserve the right to refuse participation or continue participation if a participant's conduct is disruptive, threatening, or abusive, or if we reasonably believe that a participant is under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
